The client grew rapidly and, within a short time, was operating in multiple markets with over 200 employees and a sizable internal data team — in effect, struggling to scale analytics effectively. Disparate tools, unclear processes, and ad hoc development created friction in delivering insights and generated enormous operating costs.
End-to-end data strategy
We addressed both short-term chaos and long-term scale by first aligning metrics, consolidating BI tools, and rebuilding broken processes. Then we restructured the data team, embedding analysts into business areas and connecting them with engineering.
