We built a modern data warehouse by connecting multiple sources, enabling data-driven decisions across marketing, operations, and development.
This allowed us to answer key questions such as:
Which diet add-ons like ebooks, video consultations or menu exchanges increase users’ likelihood to renew their subscriptions, and which diet bundles have the highest sales potential?
How should new diet and training bundles be structured to maximize profit, and how will those changes improve revenue forecasting for the upcoming year?
Which user segments should be prioritized in the marketing and sales strategy to drive conversions and minimize churn — and how can we predict a potential increase in churn before it happens?

The client struggled with fragmented data and limited analytical capabilities that undermined decision-making. Integrating complex sources delayed business intelligence, and the absence of forecasting tools restricted strategic growth planning. Our project aimed to unify these challenges, enabling the client to become a data-driven organization.
Automatic daily data refreshes
Previously, the client relied on time-consuming manual data extraction processes. We established an automated ELT pipeline with daily updates that consolidated multiple mixed data sources into a trusted data warehouse.
This automation eliminated the need for manual extracts and enabled real-time data availability, providing the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.


Forecasting revenue impact of training and diet plans
We developed a custom revenue forecasting engine integrated directly with the BI dashboards. This tool allows the client’s leadership to set precise sales targets, track progress toward revenue goals, and simulate how adding different diets or bundles will impact overall revenue — enabling proactive and strategic financial planning.
Data-driven insights and user retention
By analyzing various data, such as sales, app activity or payments, we identified behaviors and patterns strongly linked to customer retention and churn. Our dashboards highlight these insights, empowering marketing and product teams to promote specific diet add-ons and improve subscription renewal rates effectively.
